The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on August 29th, 2023, reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2024 and determined the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the expenses and operating budget. Through unanimous vote, the Board of Directors voted to increase the 2024 quarterly assessments to not only cover budgeted expenses but use additional funds to beautify the community and make Crowley Creekside a better place to live.
