  • 2024 Assessment Increase

    The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on August 29th, 2023, reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2024 and determined the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the expenses and operating budget. Through unanimous vote, the Board of Directors voted to increase the 2024 quarterly assessments to not only cover budgeted expenses but use additional funds to beautify the community and make Crowley Creekside a better place to live. For example, implementing community-wide landscaping improvements, future capital improvements, and more lighting and decorations during the holiday season. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Essex Holiday Office Hours

    Essex Association Management will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. All web submissions, e-mails, and phone calls will be returned in the order they are received beginning Wednesday, July 5th. In the case of an emergency, please dial 911. Please call (888) 740-2233 should a matter arise, that would require immediate attention or action. Please be advised, all calls deemed to be a non-emergency will be returned beginning July 5th in the order received. Thank you and Essex wishes everyone a safe and happy 4th of July.
